Information we collect

This Website will not collect any personal information about you unless you knowingly provide it to us.

You can visit this Website without giving us any information about yourself. Like many other websites, we may record certain non-personal information, such as your server address, domain name, the date and time of your visit and any pages viewed. That information will only be used in aggregated form for statistical and website administration purposes. For example we are able to determine which pages on our site are most popular. To maintain visitor privacy, we will not associate that information with your personal information unless required or authorised by law.

This Website does not currently use cookie technology. The term "cookie" refers to commonly used software that a website may transfer to your computer's hard drive in order to allow the website to recognise your computer.

If you choose to complete a Feedback Form on this Website we will collect the information you provide and also ask for your name and contact details. However, you do not have to provide this personal information in order to submit a Feedback Form. You can also submit your email address in the "What's New" section of this Website to subscribe to or unsubscribe from ACE e-news.

Any email that you send us and any personal information contained in your email, including your email address, may be used or disclosed in ways set out in this Privacy Policy. Your email message content may be monitored by our internet service providers or employees for trouble-shooting and maintenance purposes or where email abuse is suspected.

For your convenience, the Website contains a number of forms which are not designed to be completed and submitted to us online. These forms must then be printed out, completed and returned to ACE in hardcopy form before they will be processed. This Privacy Policy does not currently extend to information collected in ways other than through the Website.
