Australian Communication Exchange (ACE) is a dynamic and innovative not-for-profit Australian organisation. We are dedicated to empowering people who are Deaf or have a hearing, speech or communication impairment, to obtain access to phone and other telecommunication networks. 

Relay Officer positions are regularly available. When positions are available, they will be advertised on this website and at www.seek.com.au.

To be considered for a Relay Officer position, you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

• minimum typing speed of 50 wpm with 95% accuracy
• proficient spelling and vocabulary skills in English
• ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• empathetic and customer focused nature
