Changing text size

To increase the size of text:

• Firefox: go to the tool bar, then go to View > Zoom > Zoom in or Zoom out.
• Internet Explorer: go to the tool bar, then go to View > Text size > Choose larger / smaller options.

Downloading documents

To see / print documents in Acrobat PDF, download Adobe Reader. Go to: Adobe website

Contact us if you find it difficult to download documents on our website.

This website has been designed and developed for all browsers, especially Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Safari - up to the latest versions.

Homepage

Auslan version:

1. Click on the play button under the person in the centre of the page.
2. As they sign, you'll see the captions appear underneath.
3. You can click on any of the links, on the right hand side, to get to the sections described in the video.

Text version:

1. Read the intro on the right.
2. You can click on any of the links to get to those sections.

Website sections

On the bottom of the homepage, there are 4 blue section boxes.

Auslan version:

1. Click once on the section box.
2. A new video will appear on the left of the homepage.
3. They'll sign what the section's about.
4. Click 'Find out more' to go to the section.

Text version:

1. Click once on the section box.
2. Read intro and click 'Find our more' to go to the section.

Website content

There are links to content all over the page.

1. The main links are just underneath the National Relay Service logo (Our services, Get Sponsored, About us, Contact us).

2. There are supporting links in the top right-hand corner (Feedback, Jobs, Resources, Media room).

3. There are more supporting links at the bottom of the page (Sitemap, Privacy, Terms of use, Using this site).

Returning to the homepage

To return to the homepage, click on the ACE logo in the top left hand corner.

Moving back through content

If you are on a content page (not the homepage) use the breadcrumbs. They sit just above the heading for the page and look like this:

To move to a previous page, click on the link in the breadcrumb. Or hit your browser's Back button.

6. Moving forward through content

If you're on a content page (not the homepage), use the links at the top of the page underneath the heading. This lists all the pages in the section. Click any of these links to see content.

Trouble-shooting

The ACE website has been developed, designed and built for all browsers and a screen resolution of at least 1024x768 pixels.

While we've worked hard to make sure the site works across browsers and platforms, there are variations in browsers and operating systems that'll affect the way you see the site.
