Using ACE Video Relay Service (VRS)
ACE Video Relay Service (VRS) is an online interactive video teleconferencing service.
It means a Deaf person, using Auslan, can communicate with a hearing person over the phone, through a video interpreter.
There's no need to use a TTY (text telephone).
